Straatsburg Bibliotheek Netwerk Live met Vubis Smart

Brussel, België, 2 januari, 2008. Strasbourg (Straatsburg), 7de stad van Frankrijk, heeft op 3 december een bibliotheeknetwerk, werkend met Vubis Smart, aan haar publiek ter beschikking gesteld.  Eén van de markante eigenschappen van het project is dat het uitgerust is met rfid van de firma NEDAP. De interface tussen Vubis Smart en NEDAP zal verlopen via web services in plaats van via SIP2 (NCIP). Hierdoor komen meer functionaliteiten ter beschikking in de modules uitleen, exemplaarbeheer en inventaris.
